Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

1. About us and these Terms

streamvoucher.com (the “Site”) is operated by [Your Company Legal Name] (registration no. [Company Registration No.]), [Registered business address], Pakistan, trading as StreamVoucher. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase of prepaid voucher codes for streaming services (“Products”). They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • All Products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
  • Prices are shown in PKR. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden fees from us; your wallet or bank may apply its own charges.
  • We try to describe Products accurately. If we discover a pricing or description error before delivery we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Stock of code-based Products is limited and is reserved for you only while your order is awaiting payment.

4. Orders and when the contract is formed

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment and deliver the Product to your account. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if: payment cannot be verified; we suspect fraud, money-laundering or a breach of these Terms; the order exceeds our purchase limits; or the Product is unavailable.

5. Payment

  • We accept KPay QR and KPay Request-to-Pay. Payments are authorised in your KPay app and processed by KPay; we never collect your PIN, OTP or banking credentials.
  • QR codes and payment requests are valid for a limited time (currently 15 minutes). Unpaid orders expire automatically after 60 minutes and no money is taken.
  • If you are charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment to the original account.
  • To protect customers we apply per-order and per-24-hour purchase limits and may ask for additional verification.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to your account, normally within a few seconds (typically under 2 minutes). Details are in our Delivery Policy.

7. Your licence to use Products

A voucher entitles the holder to redeem the plan and period stated on the product page with the streaming service named there, under that service’s terms. The service — not StreamVoucher — provides the content and the streaming. Codes are for your own use or for giving as a gift; they may not be resold or used commercially without our written consent.

8. Streaming vouchers

  • Each voucher is issued by a third-party streaming service or its authorised distributor (the “Service”). We are an independent reseller, not the Service, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by it. When you redeem a code, the Service’s own terms apply — including its account rules, device limits, content line-up, availability and support.
  • A voucher gives the plan and period stated on the product page, on one account with the named Service, in Pakistan. You pay for it once and we never charge you again. Some Services also sell plans directly with renewing billing (for example by card, wallet or mobile balance). That is a separate agreement between you and the Service, which you manage or cancel with the Service.
  • What you can watch — matches, channels, titles and video quality — is decided by the Service and its broadcast and content licences for Pakistan, and can change during your plan. Check the Service’s schedule before you buy. We describe each plan as the Service lists it on the date shown on the product page.
  • We only sell vouchers meant for accounts in Pakistan. We do not sell foreign-region cards, shared logins, profiles or family-plan slots, or anything that needs you to misstate your location or use a VPN.
  • Codes cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded or credited back, except as set out in our Refund Policy. Treat a revealed code like cash: we cannot replace codes that are lost, shared or redeemed by someone else after you reveal them.

9. Where our codes come from

We obtain codes only from the streaming Services themselves or from distributors they have authorised to supply them, and we keep a record of where every code came from. We never sell codes of unknown origin. If a Service tells us that a code we sold you is not valid, we replace it or refund you in full.

10. Scam warning

Never buy vouchers to pay someone you don’t know, or to settle a tax, utility bill, fine, loan, delivery charge, investment or “tech support” request. Legitimate organisations do not ask to be paid in voucher codes. If you think you are being targeted, stop, don’t share the code and contact us straight away — if the code has not been redeemed yet, we will try to help.

11. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time. Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, at checkout you ask us to begin delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for change of mind once a Product is revealed, downloaded, streamed or played. Unused and faulty Products are refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular you must not use the Site for fraud, resell Products without our written permission, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

13. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, software and our trade marks belong to us or our licensors. Product content belongs to its respective rights holders and is licensed, not sold, to you. See the Disclaimer & Trademark Notice.

14. Our liability

  • We provide Products with reasonable care and skill and as described. If a Product is faulty, your remedies are repair, replacement or refund.
  • We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection, third-party platforms or your failure to follow redemption instructions.
  • Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Account → Privacy & data. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, or serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, and will refund any unused, paid-for Products unless prohibited by law or the order was fraudulent.

16. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Site. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Material changes will be announced in advance.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings where you live.
